This month’s Featured Photographer is Kira Hokuten based in Manila, Philippines. He has been putting out some very impressive work since he started in January of 2009. You may have seen his work from such conventions as ToyCon, Best Of Anime, COSMANIA. Kira is a great example of a trend in off-camera lighting that we see growing every day and we’re proud to present him as our September Featured Cosplay Photographer!
